The last Festival took place on Sunday 15th February, 2009.  

The annual festival features a wonderful choice of local wines, olive products and boutique beers, complemented with selected craft stalls.  Top quality food was provided by some of Nelson's best restaurants and cooking demonstrations were offered by internationally recognised chefs.

All this was accompanied in 2009 by a top class entertainment programme, featuring The Lady Killers, Suzanne Lynch, Tina Cross, Taisha Teriaki plus The Nancies, Road, The Immigrants, and Mojo Mighty Clouds of Joy Funk Orchestra.

Brightwater once again had a corporate function and invited clients and staff to enjoy their day based in the Brightwater marquee.  Local beer from Nelson Bay Brewerys and local wines were available for our guests to enjoy as well as a well deserved seat and shade provided by large cafe style umbrellas.
