Director

Dr Allan Sullivan joined ERG (now VIX Technology) as CEO in December 2003 and has been with the group from that date. Allan joined the Brightwater Board in 2019 following the successful sale of the VIX Verify Global Identity Verification business to the UK based GB Group; Allan was Executive Chairman of VIX Verify at the time of this sale.

Allan is a Director of the South African company, VixNet. Allan is also a Director of a number of the Group’s smaller subsidiaries and investments including Imagus Technology Pty Ltd (Facial Recognition) and Auraya Systems Pty Ltd (Voice Biometrics). Allan, prior to joining the Group, has had an International career spanning 30 years working with ABB, Landis & Gyr and Siemens.

His career has involved management assignments, each of several years’ duration, in Switzerland, Holland, Korea and Hong Kong. Allan has a BSc and B Eng Hons 1 and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
